Cancellation policy

Stornierungen bis 14 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei. Bei Stornierungen innerhalb von 14 Tagen vor Anreise berechnen wir 50 % des Gesamtpreises. Bei Nichterscheinen wird der gesamte Buchungsbetrag in Rechnung gestellt. Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns so früh wie möglich, wenn Sie Ihre Buchung ändern oder stornieren müssen.

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations within 14 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total price. In case of no-show, the full booking amount is charged. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel your booking.
