Terms & conditions

- Vertragsabschluss: Der Mietvertrag kommt zustande, sobald Ihre Buchung durch uns schriftlich bestätigt wurde.

- Zahlung: Der komplette Mietpreis ist spätestens vor Anreise fällig. Zahlungsarten: Kreditkarte, Banküberweisung.

- Stornierung: Kostenlose Stornierung bis 14 Tage vor Anreise. Bei späterer Stornierung oder Nichterscheinen berechnen wir 100 % des Mietpreises.

- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in ab 15:00 Uhr, Check-out bis 11:00 Uhr. Abweichungen sind auf Anfrage möglich.

- Haftung: Der Mieter haftet für von ihm verursachte Schäden am Mietobjekt. Wir übernehmen keine Haftung für persönliche Gegenstände.

- Hausregeln: Die Hausordnung ist Bestandteil dieser AGB.

- Contract formation: The rental contract is concluded as soon as your booking has been confirmed by us in writing.

- Payment: The total rent is due no later than before arrival. Payment methods: credit card, bank transfer.

- Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. In the event of later cancellation or no-show, we charge 100% of the rental price.

- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am. Deviations are possible on request.

- Liability: The tenant is liable for any damage caused by them to the rental property. We accept no liability for personal items.- House rules: The house rules are part of these terms and conditions.
